You Have Heard About Goat Yoga, But What About Cat Yoga? Check It Out on Wednesday

Organic Cat Café welcomes the community for a serene evening of meditation on Wednesday, August 7!

Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. If you take a restorative class, you may hardly move at all, doing just a few postures in the course of an hour. It is a completely different experience than most contemporary yoga.

During the long holds of restorative yoga, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. Restorative classes are very mellow, making them a good complement to more active practices and an excellent antidote to stress.

You can stay as long as you like afterward and enjoy a free drink while cuddling their furry friends!

The Organic Cat Cafe & Music is a meeting place for all cat, music and art lovers. As a cat sanctuary, we are currently home to 23 resident cats who were rescued with the help of local non-profit rescue organizations and provide a space for adoptable cats who are looking for their forever home.

Admission is $20 and can be booked online at Please bring your mat and any props you may need. Step into our world of cats, coffee, and consciousness!
